We are looking for exceptional Assistant Restaurant Managers to open our first restaurant in Prague, Czech Republic

Sticks’n’Sushi is opening in the Czech Republic for the very first time, and we are looking for Assistant Restaurant Managers to be part of the journey from day one.

This is more than stepping into a role - it is about helping build something from the ground up. You will be right there at the beginning, shaping how the restaurant runs, how the team comes together, and how our guests experience Sticks’n’Sushi in a brand-new market.

What you will bring to us

• You have experience from hospitality or gastronomy - ideally with some leadership or team responsibility.

• You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team to make things happen.
• You have an eye for detail and a passion for creating moments that guests will remember.

• You will be part of the very beginning - helping to set the standards, rhythms and culture of a brand-new restaurant.
• You will lead shifts and ensure our hospitality is felt in every detail, every day.
• You will motivate, coach and inspire a team that is still forming - helping individuals grow as you grow yourself.
• You will help build a loyal community around your restaurant, creating a place guests want to return to again and again.
