We are looking for exceptional Sous Chefs to open our first restaurant in Prague, Czech Republic

And right now, we are starting something new.
Sticks’n’Sushi is opening in the Czech Republic for the very first time, and we are looking for skilled and passionate Sous Chefs to join us from the beginning.
This is more than just a kitchen role – it is your chance to be part of building a new restaurant from the ground up. Setting standards, shaping the team, and bringing our food and culture to life in a brand-new market.
We are looking for Sous Chefs who truly loves their craft. Someone who takes pride in every plate, thrives in a busy kitchen, and cares deeply about quality, teamwork, and consistency.

What you will bring to us
- You have professional kitchen experience, ideally including sushi.
- You have strong knife skills and a good understanding of kitchen operations.
- You are comfortable communicating in English in a kitchen environment.
- You have high standards, strong attention to detail, and respect for structure, cleanliness and safety.
- You are hands-on, reliable, and ready to be part of building something new together with your team.
What you will be doing at Sticks’n’Sushi
- You will help deliver consistently high-quality food, ensuring every dish meets our standards.
- You will prepare sushi and kushiyaki skewers with precision and care.
- You will maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen, always working in line with hygiene and safety standards.
- You will support cost control and minimise waste through good kitchen practices.
- You will guide and support other chefs during service - helping the team perform at its best.
- You will work closely with the Head Chef and play an important role in the daily leadership of the kitchen.
- Most importantly, you’ll help ensure that every guest receives a perfect experience—every time.
