We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to open our first restaurant in Prague, Czech Republic

Sticks’n’Sushi is opening in the Czech Republic for the very first time, and we are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the way from day one.

This is not just another restaurant role. It is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up - shaping the culture, the team, and the guest experience in a brand-new market.

What you will be doing at Sticks’n’Sushi

• You will be the overall guardian of our culture and hospitality -ensuring quality, standards and strong operational foundations from the very beginning.
• You will lead with passion - coaching, developing and building your team at all levels, creating a strong, engaged and high-performing restaurant from scratch.
• You will identify opportunities to drive growth and optimise performance, both operationally and financially.
• You will play a key role in launching our brand in the Czech Republic - building a vibrant community around your restaurant, where guests can step out of the everyday and into something memorable.
